Context
Coca-Cola is a multinational beverage corporation with over a hundred years of rich history and constant global presence. It is the creator, marketer, producer and distributor of some of the most iconic drinks in the world, from the classic Coca-Cola, to Sprite, Fanta, Capri-Sun, and Relentless.
Challenge
They needed a learning and delivery partner to assist in sales and negotiation training. As well as coaching related initiatives for all the UK and the majority of Europe.
The Solution
Alchemist developed and delivered Selling the CCE Way. A combination of sales training and behavioral change initiatives.
This was used to drive a mindset chance across the whole company. And then effective coaching was utilized to support and embed the learning.
The impact
For the past 8 years Alchemist has been Coca-Cola’s main sales training delivery partner and continues to work closely and extensively. The sales, negotiation and coaching training provides enabled Coca-Cola to protect and grow market share during one of the business’s most challenging times.
