The Core Programme consists of six themed modules based around the core leadership capabilities required in the context of ever present global change. Throughout the Core programme participants will be assigned a buddy from their cohort that they will support and work with for the duration of the programme.
The Emerging Leaders Programme features five virtual modules, plus a final individual development element consisting of Insights Discovery profiling and a 90-minute Insights webinar. The Emerging Leaders programme also features group supervision sessions with smaller groups working with a facilitator to embed their learning.
The Experienced Leaders Programme
features five virtual modules, plus a final individual development element consisting of TIFF profiling and a 90- minute coaching session. Supervision sessions are included, and there is the opportunity to complete E.Qi 2.0 profiling and Cognitive Process Profiling as part of ongoing development.

The programme is designed for both those new to management and those more experienced in their role, including core leaders, emerging leaders, and experienced leaders.
Alchemist offers out-of-the-box learning delivery levels that are interactive, experiential, immersive, and customisable. The programme can be delivered virtually or face-to-face, and participants can create their own Alchemist blend to make their learning experience even more engaging.
The programme consists of three separate modules, including the Core Programme (6 themed modules), Emerging Leaders Programme (5 virtual modules), and Experienced Leaders Programme (5 virtual modules). Each programme also includes individual development elements and group supervision sessions.
