Context
Kwik Fit is a car servicing and repair company operational in the United Kingdom. It has over six hundred operational centres. And has received national training awards and Beacon status from the Learning and Skills Improvement Service.
Challenge
They needed an inspirational, pragmatic and commercial successful program to improve sales and performance in all centres.
The Solution
Alchemist created and delivered Make It Your Business. A Sales and Customer Service Programme which trained every Centre Manager in Kwiki-Fit in the UK.
The impact
Paul Boulton, Operations Director, said that the training was the most inspirational training experience of his life. Other Operations Manages have said that the training reignited the fire within them and inspired them to make Make It Your Business a successes. They also said it drove them forward to achieve the standards, objectives, visions and ambitions of Kwik-Fit.
Prior to Alchemist’s involvement Kwik-Fit had approximately 17% market share of the tyre market in the UK. After the programme this share had risen to 19%.
