Context
Barclays is a multinational universal bank with headquarters in London, England. It is the fifth largest bank in Europe. And it has a rich history of over three hundred years with over 80,000 employees.
Challenge
They needed a program for their Relationship Managers who handle high net-worth customers for Barclays. The programme needed to increase its mass affluent customer base.
The Solution
Alchemist developed and delivered the Barclays Premier University. An accredited programme that mixed physical and digital mediums to focus on personality types, relationship building, and closing techniques.
The impact
Alchemist’s programme was a finalist in the National Training Awards. It was delivered in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Russia, UAE, South Africa, Botswana, Egypt and Mauritius.
Over the duration of time connected with the training Barclays grew its mass affluent customer base by over 70%.
