As a major tech company it operates as one of the world’s largest manufacturers of electronic products, the largest video game console company, and the largest video game publisher. It is also one of the largest camera manufacturers, and the largest player in the premium TV market.

Challenge

They needed a sales training academy that would improve sales to high value customers across Northern, Eastern, Central and Western Europe.

The Solution

Alchemist designed, developed and delivered the Sony Professional Sales Academy.  This is a 6-module programme that explored the hierarchy of needs, closing techniques, solution selling and many more.

The impact

  • Alchemist’s programme is regarded as the best sales training programme the company has ever provided to its sales staff.
  • Since it was implemented sales to high value customers grew by 23.5%
