SUMMARY
Stress is something many of us experience at different points during our lives. When carefully managed, small levels of stress can be a powerful motivator but if it is not kept in check stress can be an unwelcome and dangerous warning signal.
This session aims to help participants better manage stress, so it is not emotionally exhausting, helping them build resilience and better enjoy their day to day work.

- Recognise situations that can cause a stress response
- Use some simple techniques to reduce stress and build resilience
