We are also very comfortable working with tools already in existence in the business. And recommend using these over new tools in order to keep language and approach consistent.
Selected assessments are re-tested where applicable. For longer learning journeys, needs analysis and climate assessments will be re-tested at 3months, 6months and 9 months. Assessments which are personality driven will be re-tested at agreed touchpoints according to the individual.
