It’s hard to know if your learning programmes are actually working. You pour all this time and effort into them, but how can you tell if they’re making a difference? Without reliable data, it’s impossible to know whether your learning development is effective or not. And without knowing that, you can’t possibly improve what you’re doing.
Alchemist guarantees that all key learning metrics will be agreed in advance, and will be entirely aligned to the strategic objectives of your business. We’ll help you track your progress and make sure that you’re getting the most out of your investment.
As pre-assessment
we deliver:
- Performance Climate System to assess climate or ‘temperature’ of a team and their leader
- Skills Checker – for needs analysis which will be aligned to competency and behaviour frameworks
- Psychometrics including Insights and SDI
- Diagnostic Tools such as Communication Style Assessment
We are also very comfortable working with tools already in existence in the business. And recommend using these over new tools in order to keep language and approach consistent.
Selected assessments are re-tested where applicable. For longer learning journeys, needs analysis and climate assessments will be re-tested at 3months, 6months and 9 months. Assessments which are personality driven will be re-tested at agreed touchpoints according to the individual.
