Volkswagen is an iconic German motor vehicle manufacturer. It is one of the world’s largest employers in the private sector with over 660,000 employees. And the third-most valuable auto maker.
They needed a two-day communication module called “Provide Meaning” as part of its Learning to Lead Programme. This was aimed at its Top 50 Leaders, with the intention of raising awareness for individual leadership and communication styles. Also to address and advance participants with their own influential skills.
Alchemist ran the “Provide Meaning” module using one of our facilitators and one of our actor-facilitators. Providing insightful, in-depth, and practical coaching with feedback throughout. This included one-to-one scenarios where the participants could role-play situations they wanted to practice, as well as presentations and group activities.
Alchemist has had a 14-year long partnership with Volkswagen, and alongside this has also produced three modules for their Learning to Manage programme.
“Provide Meaning” has been implemented as part of the core leadership programme for eight years.
