Dealing with Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity
Context
Essex County Council is the country council that governs the county of Essex, which has a population of 1,500,000. And is the second most populated two-tier county in England. It has 75 councilors, elected from 70 different divisions.
Challenge
They wanted to invest in their management population in order to build capability around managing uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
The Solution
Alchemist delivered the learning content in the form of webinars, for participants to view on demand for flexibility and convenience.
To ensure relevancy the content was researched and designed by a subject matter expert. After conducting interviews with key stakeholders.
The webinars were designed to be informative, as well as engaging and entertaining.
The impact
