What We're looking For
- Operate as the lead relationship manager on the sector’s largest enterprise accounts, taking a proactive account growth perspective and looking for innovative ways to increase the customer’s lifetime value.
- Take overall accountability of sector accounts and lead consistent Key Account Management processes, including conducting regular business reviews and performance analysis with clients to ensure client satisfaction and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating the sector/subject matter expertise and business acumen to effectively partner with our clients’ executive teams and position Alchemist Solutions effectively.
- Adopt a consultative approach and position Alchemist as a strategic partner and identify opportunities for expanding services and solutions within existing client accounts to maximise account growth by increasing client spend and mix of VPS/Modalities.
- Work in partnership with the Solutions Director and Growth team to capitalise on sector growth opportunities and optimise new client acquisition and onboarding.
- Strategically manage the pipeline by identifying, prioritising, and securing new business opportunities to expand the account’s value.
- Deliver strong financial performance by consistently meeting revenue, profitability, and growth targets for each account under your ownership.
- Drive and manage high performance through proactive line management of Account Managers, including managing workflow, performance and development by supporting organisational efforts to enhance commercial capability.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Delivery, Learning and Digital Success & our creative Studio to ensure cohesive service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain meticulous record keeping, using key systems including CRM to deliver timely, accurate reporting of account portfolio performance including top line revenues, profitability and pipeline.

What You'll Need
- Demonstrable experience of influencing external executive level stakeholder relationships within existing / prospective key sector clients, and own internal team and various key players within organisation, through effective leadership skills.
- Strong ability to establish and manage positive internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective collaboration and excellent written / verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable record of performing a consultative leadership role to clients, presenting effectively thoughtful insights to them and generating new sales based on your expertise.
- Strong ability to produce effective proposals that positively impact existing / new clients, providing quality design and methodology insights, and demonstrating effective commercial acumen.
- Proven experience of line-managing a team of your own effectively, with evidence of how their growth and development has been achieved.
