An Alchemist learning journey comprises eight steps. We take your participants through a personalised experience that works in harmony with your development strategy, seamlessly woven into the fabric of your organisation. Learners are taken through a highly immersive journey – raising awareness, developing skills and stress-testing, encouraging them to take ownership of how they apply these new skills before eventual mastery. Each journey is customised to your L&D strategy, creating a programme that is as unique as your people. We understand that learning is multifaceted. These notifications also serve as reminders of the skills from the programme, keeping their training at the forefront and encouraging its continued application.
