We Listened To The Experts

Analysing over 25 academic peer-reviewed papers, we uncovered three key principles that help to shape our leadership framework:

Unprecedented volatility over the last few years means that leaders are expected to support their teams in unpredictable ways. Typical models ignore the competing tensions between expected behaviours. Through researching these principles, we identified the most critical skills and behaviours for supporting the effectiveness of a leader. Combined with a harsh look at current trends in leadership – particularly how it has had to evolve recently to meet the demands of the modern workplace – we formulated six key roles. Through the framework, we explore the tensions of these roles working in tandem with each other and how to develop leaders’ innate skills against clearly observable behaviours to help you reach your ideal state.
