LONDON, UK – November 7th, 2024 – RAIN Group has been acquired by Alchemist backed by Horizon Capital, the private equity investor specialising in technology and business services.
Alchemist, a UK headquartered learning and development company who specialise in Leadership and Management development and Sales Training have acquired RAIN Group, a US headquartered Sales Training business established in 2002 by Mike Schultz.
Alchemist secured investment from Horizon Capital in June to support on an accelerated organic and inorganic strategy. The acquisition of RAIN Group is their first follow on transaction with Horizon and represents a step change in scale, customer offering and geographic reach.
The acquisition will create significant revenue synergy opportunities between the two brands as they leverage highly complementary offerings.
