We’re seeking a Brand Lead to lead the Alchemist brand stream within our dynamic, global marketing team. You’ll be tasked with building the marketing function into a high-value growth engine, developing and executing brand, content, and campaign strategies that elevate Alchemist’s visibility, voice, and pipeline contribution.
This role is ideal for someone who’s resourceful, adaptable, and energised by the chance to create structure, test new ideas, and move quickly. You’ll need to think strategically, execute relentlessly, and communicate confidently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Need
As Brand Lead for the Alchemist brand, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of a respected player in the L&D space. You’ll bring structure, consistency, and creativity to a marketing function ready for reinvention—building the foundation for scalable growth, differentiated positioning, and deeper market traction. From defining our ideal customer profile to launching integrated campaigns and developing standout content, you’ll turn potential into performance and ideas into pipeline.
You will:- Own the in-brand marketing calendar and campaign roadmap, guiding prioritisation and sequencing across channels and tactics
- Own and evolve Alchemist’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing and sales channels
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to inform campaign strategy and content development
- Drive marketing initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Collaborate with sales, product, customer, and growth leaders to ensure alignment between go-to-market messaging and buyer needs
- Lead content review and approvals, ensuring consistency in brand, voice, and messaging across all branded materials
- Conduct market research to stay on top of competitors, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Guide event planning and execution for virtual and in-person events
- Develop and refine sales enablement content, including proposals, slide decks, and collateral
- Oversee SEO, keyword strategy, and paid digital efforts to maximize visibility and lead generation
- Establish performance benchmarks and lead reporting efforts that tie marketing results to revenue, informing investment decisions and supporting visibility with the board and PE stakeholders
- Identify and explore new ways to differentiate Alchemist’s brand power and buyer experience in the AI era
- Shape customer marketing efforts that support retention, expansion, and advocacy
What You Bring:
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or L&D environments
- Proven success in campaign strategy, ABM, and supporting outbound initiatives
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to create a clear, consistent voice that resonates with enterprise buyers
- Proven ability to earn stakeholder trust and deliver quickly in environments with low initial marketing credibility
- Proficiency in PowerPoint design with the ability to create polished, on-brand presentations that support sales and executive communications
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working within matrixed team environments
- Deep experience with HubSpot and digital tools like GA4 and Semrush
- Creative thinker with an experimental mindset—ready to test, iterate, and optimize fast
- Natural leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive initiatives forward
