What We're Looking For

In this role, the successful individual will support the organisation’s effort in offering its services to maximise market penetration, growth and profitability, through: (a) taking ownership of their key sector P&L account, and focusing on its growth and development (b) contributing to this effectively through being a thought leader and subject matter expert (c) effectively managing an internal team, dealing with issues that may arise, and focusing on individual and collective development and growth. You’ll be the instrumental game-changer in this role, not only internally with your team, but externally as well with your existing and prospective clients. This role provides you with extensive commercial responsibility for the success of your key sector, at the heart of which is building effective long-term relationships internally (including with the relevant Practice Director who you’ll be reporting into) and externally, and being a leader to ensure the delivery of innovative and transformative learning experiences services.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrable experience of influencing external stakeholder relationships within existing / prospective key sector clients, and own internal team and various key players within organisation, through effective leadership skills.
  • Strong ability to establish and manage positive internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective collaboration and excellent written / verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable record of performing a consultative leadership role to clients, presenting effectively thoughtful insights to them and generating new sales based on your expertise.
  • Strong ability to produce effective proposals that positively impact existing / new clients, providing quality design and methodology insights, and demonstrating effective commercial acumen.
  • Proven experience of line-managing a team of your own effectively, with evidence of how their growth and development has been achieved.
