Feedback Collection
When you participate in our 360 Feedback Tool, you may provide feedback about your peers and direct reports. This feedback may include ratings, comments, and other relevant information related to their performance, behaviour, and skills.
Purpose of Feedback
The primary purpose of collecting feedback is to facilitate personal and professional development. The feedback provided through our tool is intended to help individuals gain insight into their strengths and areas for improvement, enhance self-awareness, and support their growth and success.
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously and ensure that all feedback provided through our tool is treated with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality. Here’s how we maintain confidentiality:
1. Anonymous Feedback: By default, feedback provided by peers and direct reports is anonymous. This means that individuals receiving feedback will not know who provided specific comments or ratings. The exception to this is for line managers feedback which is identifiable to the candidate.
2. Access Controls: Only authorised individuals, such as administrators and designated reviewers, have access to feedback data. Access is limited to those who need it for the purposes of administering and facilitating the feedback process.
Use of Feedback
The feedback collected through our 360 Feedback Tool is used solely for the purposes of personal and professional development. It may be used by individuals, managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to:

Data Retention
