Programme Summary

Using theory, experiential practice and personal reflection learners are encouraged to refresh and renew their thinking and feeling on what their role is, and the impact they have on their teams and organisation.
After the five modules, learners are invited to implement and reflect on their learning with a ‘peer coach’ over the next three months. This culminates in a short presentation back to their cohort at the Showcase Webinar virtual session.

Using a mixture of theory, activities, peer coaching and action planning we will discover how to be the best version of ‘Me’ that you can be to effectively make the right start for you and lead the high performing teams of the future.

You will learn through discussion, activity and practice how to use both management and leadership skills to build supportive and trusting relationships in the teams you lead.

You will combine the use of Head, Heart and Hands to practice leadership and to give and receive peer feedback.

You will be introduced to thinking and methodology that serves to create team commitment to deliver in the present, and a drive and determination to maintain consistent positive results into the future.

Using bespoke scenarios that mirror situations often experienced when leading teams in your business, you will have the opportunity to practice all of the skills learned across the program.
