What is Immersive learning?

Immersive learning is an experience that leverages technology, games and the entirety of the participant’s energy and focus to bring about a measurable change in behaviour.

While experiential learning may focus on participants witnessing a situation and providing feedback or notes, an immersive learning experience plunges the participant into an environment, designed to be as real as possible, where one activity can have multiple iterations. The simulation rouses emotion, enables participation, provides context and gives control to the learner.

Crucially, we can objectify the results of this sort of training through semantic analysis or body language and provide a tangible data collection to our clients.

Moreover, we have the ability to re-test simulations and use technology like Augmented and Virtual Reality to provide a data driven, tech enabled edge.
